Rice, Protein & Small-Chops Wedding Tasting

Starting at $125 for two

A curated sampling of selected rice dishes, proteins, sides and small chops.

Soup, Swallow & Celebration Wedding Tasting

Starting at $150 for two

A curated sampling that may include one agreed soup-and-swallow combination alongside selected celebration favorites.

Each tasting includes a limited, agreed selection—not every item on the wedding menu. A $75 tasting credit may be applied toward a qualifying wedding booking of $2,500 or more when confirmed within 14 days. Credit applies to the catering balance and is not a cash refund. Prices and terms are proposed and confirmed before scheduling.

Planning information

Booking Information & Catering Policies

These proposed terms are confirmed in the final catering agreement and remain subject to owner approval and appropriate legal review.

Booking retainer

A signed catering agreement and 25% nonrefundable booking retainer are proposed to reserve an event date. The retainer is credited toward the total balance.

Payment schedule

Proposed schedule: 25% upon signing, another 25% due 60 days before the event, and the remaining 50% due 30 days before the event. Events booked within 30 days may require full payment.

Guest count and menu finalization

Final guest count, menu choices and dietary requirements are proposed as due 14 days before the event. Increases remain subject to availability; reductions after finalization do not automatically reduce the contracted total.

Delivery and service charges

Delivery, travel, staffing, rentals, serving equipment, specialty stations and premium setup may incur additional charges disclosed in the final quote and contract.

Tastings

Wedding tastings are scheduled by appointment and priced separately. Any applicable credit is applied only to a qualifying confirmed booking.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Customers must disclose allergies and dietary requirements before menu finalization. Kemzee does not guarantee allergen-free preparation or absence of cross-contact.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in the signed catering agreement. No additional penalty or guarantee is implied here.
